Jessica Wong Lavarias' practice is concentrated in the areas of government contracts and labor and employment law. Her primary practice consists of representing government contractors in protests and claims against the government and defending employers against claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination. She also regularly assists clients in applying for preferences for small businesses, HUBZone contractors, Veterans-Owned businesses, Women-Owned businesses, Native Hawaiian Organizations, and other SBA 8(a) Program Participants.
