Orlesia Tucker is a licensed patent attorney and trial lawyer. She has handled numerous lawsuits and proceedings in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office involving intellectual property issues such as patent infringement, trademark registration, opposition, cancellation, trademark and trade dress infringement, copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriations, domain name disputes, cyber-squatting, internet piracy and unfair competition.
