Sheryl Nicholson's practice focuses on commercial litigation, counseling and dispute resolution, as well as commercial transactions. She has represented large hotel owners and developers in some of the largest and most complex commercial cases litigated in Hawai`i. Nicholson has also represented clients in arbitrations and mediations involving commercial and employment-related disputes.
Representative Matters
- Lender liability litigation between a large hotel and resort owner and its Japanese lender consortium concerning loans exceeding $850 million
- Multi-million dollar management agreement disputes and termination issues between prominent hotel owners and their management companies
