Tom Bush has 20 years of litigation and alternative dispute resolution experience.  His work as an advocate focuses on estate trust and probate litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith, partnership and shareholder disputes, professional malpractice, construction disputes, personal injury, real estate and partition disputes, and selected criminal defense matters. 

He has successfully represented clients in hundreds of trials in criminal and civil courts, both at the state and federal level and has obtained large awards and settlement amounts for his clients, including personal injury, malpractice and business judgments or settlements well in excess of $1 million.

In addition, Bush represents clients in agency proceedings, arbitration and mediation.  He also speaks Spanish fluently.
